Typing : |

Practice typing the abstract first on a separate paper. |
|
|
Typing must be of high quality. A black carbon typewrite ribbon or a better quality
printer must be used. Use double spacing. |
|
|
Simple tables may be included, provided they fit within the rectangular space and
are typed or drawn in black ink. |
|
|
Type abstract within outline - do not go over the line. Avoid eraser |
|
|
Type TITLE in CAPITAL LETTER in the top – box. |
|
|
Type NAME(S) of AUTHOR(S) in CAPITAL LETTER surname followed by initials, omitting
title, degrees, etc. With the name of institute and City. |
|
|
Underline the name of presenting author.
|
|
|
Use black ink to add symbols not available on typewrite or printers. |
|
|

General : |
|
|
The presenting author must be a registered delegate. |
|
|
Please type the title of the paper in upper case letters. |
|
|
The Abstract Paper should be confined to the frame. |
|
|
Use single space throughout the text. |
|
|
Only the abstract typed on the official form will be accepted. |
|
|
Previously published or presented papers are not valid. Only original work will
be appreciated. |
|
|
Every paper presenter will be allowed to present only one paper, although he/she
can be an author/ co-author for other paper/s. |
|
|
8 minutes will be given for each oral paper presentation. 2 minutes will be awarded
for questions. Please do not exceed the time frame or else the paper will not be
considered valid for prizes. |

|
The acceptance or rejection of a paper is strictly at the discretion of Scientific
Committee, RSSDI 2009. The author/presenter will be informed by post about acceptance
or rejection of paper. No further correspondence will be encouraged. |

|
The presentation of abstract oral or poster will be at the discretion of Scientific
Committee, RSSDI 2009. (Under the Chairmanship of Dr. V. Mohan, Chennai. |
|
|
Last date for the submission of the abstract is 31th July, 2009. |
