Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee we heartly invite you to the land of Mahatma Gandhi and the vibrant city called Ahmedabad for RSSDI meet 2009. It is our honor to be the host of the 37th Annual meeting and shall make all honest and serious efforts to make it a success in all ways.

The scientific contents of the conference will be very informative and useful to all the doctors having interest in Diabetes care and research. We will have a pre-conference CME on the 5th of November and will be followed by the conference with orations, planery sessions, debates and workshops.

For young researchers and experienced clinicians it will serve an ideal platform for presenting their clinical papers.

We are expecting around 3500 delegates not only from India but also from Middle East, South East, and Far Eastern countries of Asia. We intend to make it a biggest event in the field of diabetes in this part of world.

We ensure not only your stay at Ahmedabad to be an enjoyable one but also try to make it a memorable experience too. The people here are known for their hospitality and of course the city itself is well known for many historic sites like Sidi Sayed Mosque, Sarkhej Roja, Adalaj Step Well and many more. The weather here in month of November will be pleasant and temperature will range from 20°C to 30°C.

We will make sure that the spouses and children get ample activities to keep themselves happily engaged.
